COMMA Innovations: Relentless Pursuit of Perfection

COMMA Innovations boasts over six years of experience in RV design and production. Over the years, we've developed more than 10 models, yet challenges brought by Taiwan's hot and humid climate remained difficult to solve. The 5–6 experimental RVs parked in our lot testify to the effort we've poured in. When dealing with Taiwan’s humid, hot, and rainy weather, RVs with aluminum or iron exteriors consistently face the following issues:

Condensation and Backflow

This issue is widespread among popular space pod-style and metal RVs. Caused by extreme temperature differences and over 70% humidity, water droplets form easily on interior walls and glass surfaces. Even with interior insulation, prolonged exposure to moisture causes mold, damage, and deformation.

Deformation from Thermal Expansion and Contraction

Metal paired with different interior materials, such as wood, leads to expansion and contraction under Taiwan’s intense summer heat. These differing coefficients of expansion can cause deformation. Adhesives at metal joints can also deteriorate, causing leaks. These issues significantly affect customer experience and pose challenges for campground operators.
